Aug 2018: while I am visiting Prof. Tatiana Giraud lab for various collaborations, on Day 3 I had a very happy encounter of a foraging coypu on the way back home from the lab (Université Paris-Sud, Orsay, France). Fabulous evening sky at Amherst, MA, in late July 2018. The sky is on fire! I found this cute toad in front of the house garage in Amherst, MA in early July 2018. I am not very sure about the species (if somebody spotted this photo and know the exact species, I’d be very happy to hear it), but it seems to be the fowler’s toad Anaxyrus fowleri.
